Training Lead

Roz has worked in Franchising for over 18 years. She held the positions of HR Director, Field Service Manager, Operations Manager and ultimately Operations and Training Director for McDonald’s South Africa. She held the position of COO for Kauai South Africa, for 3 years, where she was primarily responsible for Operations and Training for both company-owned and franchised stores.

She assists with setting up operational policies and procedures, executive coaching, training and development and franchising processes. She also does business coaching and mentoring for small businesses and entrepreneur development.

Roz holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree and an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology. She is a professionally qualified coach. has a certificate in Project Management and a certificate in Generic Management.

Training Material Developer & Past Franchising Trainer

Annie had an honours degree in Marketing from the University of Pretoria. She worked in the franchising sector since 1999.

During her tenure at Deloitte & Touche in the Franchise division she started training franchisor staff as well as franchisees on business skills.

Annie joined Franchising Plus as the training manager and developed the training material for the Franchising Plus training courses and negotiated an alliance with the Institute of Marketing Management, who accredits these courses.

Annie also developed a whole training and development programme for retail personnel which currently forms a large part of the Franchising Plus training offering. Annie authored a book on ‘The Five Radical Rules of Marketing’.

Sadly, Annie passed away in July 2021 but has left her legacy behind at Franchising Plus.
