Recruitment Officer

Shona joined Franchising Plus in 2006.  She is employed as a Recruitment Officer assisting in the selection of franchisees for various franchised companies through a detailed application process.  Her responsibilities include screening of potential candidates, arranging and monitoring the E-test (psychometric testing) process and continuously communicating the progress of the recruitment procedure to potential franchisees and franchisors.  In addition, she is also responsible for operating the company switchboard and overseeing the reception area.

Her key strengths include relationship management and database compilation and management.
